Joshua the Spelled Arrow's Sorc Stam build
I thought I would get this forum started and post my Dual wield / bow sorc build. My current build uses the Valkyn Skoria shoulders and helm for a fun meteor effect, but since that set is not only difficult and luck based to get, I'm going to exclude it from this build. This build doesn't require lucky undaunted drops or trials gear, which makes it accessible to anyone who is VR14 and has 50 - 70k gold. May be expensive for some but its really pretty cheap compared to other endgame builds out there (cough Footman/Warlock).
its a simple build that uses 3 armor sets: Vipers sting, Hundings, and shadow walker.

Viper's Sting - A very nice set that will give you 8% weapon crit, boost to max stamina, and a 20% percent chance to deal extra poison damage on hit. It also utilizes the free slot on daggers so that every piece will go towards a set bonus.
Hunding's Rage - Quite possibly my favorite set to roll on any stamina based DPS class. 8% weapon crit, more stamina, and a hefty increase in weapon damage.
Shadow walker - There aren't alot of jewerly sets that help out stamina builds. I chose this one because it offers more weapon damage for the 2 peice set. If your suffering from having a good max stamina pool, you could sacrifice the Vipers necklace for the Shadow walker necklace.
Race: I currently run a bosmer but if i had the choice I think Imperial or Khajiit would be better.
ATTRIBUTES----------------------------------------
Health: 2940, Stamina: 2450, Magicka: 1160
Weapon damage w/crit surge:
Dual Wield:253 weapon damage, 61.5% crit
Bow: 235 weapon damage, 56% crit
Stamina regen is 135 (I am a werewolf)
*Running with the Shadow Mundus stone for 5% more crit damage
SKILLS---------------------------------------------
DUAL WIELD
1. Critical Suge - Boosts weapon damage, on top of a self heal when you hit critically. Its too good to not use.
2. Rending Slashes - Great cheap damage over time ability. Keep it going at all times
3. Rapid Strikes - This is your bread and butter dps skill. Can easily hit 700+ dps on its own.
4. Steel Tornado - This is a great AOE with good range. It really shines when the enemies are in execute range. Seen it crit for over 1k damage.
5. This is my utility slot. I like to put fighters guild skills like evil hunter, Thundering Presence, etc here.
Ult. Flawless Dawnbreaker - Sometimes I use the ult for damage but most of the time I just slot it for a passive damage boost.
BOW
1. Critical Surge - Same as above. keep this going 100 percent of the time.
2. Acid Spray - This cone AOE is one of my favorites. It may not rank as high as impulse spamming or steel tornado, but it has positives the others dont. The difference, is this skill you shoot from the outside of the mob cluster rather than being in the middle. You are in a much safer location, just be wary you dont stray to far from your healer.
3. Focused Aim - This is a high damage single target shot to the face. Hits like a truck, great range, and the focused aim morph will boost your other bow skills.
4. Poison Injection - This skill is cheap and easy. You can either weave this with light attacks for decent damage or plop this dot on the enemy and snipe away. Youll notice the DOT almost double once the target gets below 50%. If you want a good ranged interrupt pick the other morph of this skill, venom arrow.
5. Scorched Earth - A very underrated skill. Works very well on a pack of mobs or a stationary single target. Put her down and go to town with your other skills.
Ult. Storm atro/Negate/Flawless dawnbreaker - I use storm for a little damage vs bosses, Negate for lots of mobs, or just use dawnbreaker if we dont really need either of those. Im not a fan of sorc ultimates and they cant compare against standard, veil of blades, or novas.
-------------------------------------------------
This build is a fun alternative to the mainstream sorc builds. In my experience, sorcs have been lagging behind nightblades and DKs. With this build you shouldnt have any problem keeping that sustained 1,000 DPS with dual wield and close to that with the bow.

I do like to use Thundering presence, and streak as well. Streak is great for dungeons and dsa if you get too much aggro on you. I could try to use Mages fury and poison injection during the execute range but I dont think Mages fury could do more damage than Snipe or any of its morphs with my magicka being fairly low.
Im gonna post some screenshots of what my stats look like later on today. I like my build but if I had the money I would run with the Hawks eye set and hundings, its just flat out the better option. Sadly I dont have 150k to spare on that set.
